In short

We keep this simple. On its own, the site saves one small item in your browser: a note of whether you accepted or declined cookies. We don't use advertising cookies. If you click Accept, we also load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used.

The only third party that may set cookies is Calendly, which powers our booking calendar, and only on the pages and pop-ups where that calendar appears.

This Cookie Policy explains how UpSunday ("we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on upsunday.co (the "Site"). Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Browser storage (such as localStorage) works in a similar way but stays on your device and isn't sent back to the website with every request. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.

First-party cookies are set by the site you're visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another service that's built into that site, such as an embedded calendar.

2. Cookies We Set

Strictly necessary

The Site sets one item, which is needed to remember your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every page:

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They don't use cookies and don't identify you. Only if you click Accept, we also load Google Analytics 4 (cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID>, kept up to 2 years) and Microsoft Clarity (cookies such as _clck and _clsk, kept up to 1 year), which record how pages are used, including anonymised session replays, so we can improve the site. If you click Decline, neither loads. You can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer.

Advertising

None. We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we don't use social media tracking pixels.

Hosting

The Site is hosted by Vercel. Our hosting itself doesn't set cookies on the public Site. Our fonts and videos are served from our own domain, so loading them doesn't contact any third party.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Calendly (booking calendar)

Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly and appears on the Contact page, on the Links page and in the "Book a call" pop-up. The pop-up only loads Calendly once you open it. When the calendar loads, Calendly and the providers it uses may set their own cookies and browser storage to run the calendar, keep it secure, remember your consent choices, measure performance and process any payments.

When we checked on September 25, 2026, these included Calendly's own identifiers (such as cal_anonymous_id and ajs_anonymous_id), consent cookies (OptanonConsent and OptanonAlertBoxClosed), and security and performance cookies set by Calendly's own providers. Calendly controls these cookies and may change them at any time. Where the law requires it, Calendly shows its own cookie notice inside the calendar so you can accept or decline them there.

Links to other services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and X don't load anything from those services until you click them. After that, their own cookie policies apply.

4. Your Choices

Our banner: Choose Accept or Decline when the banner appears. To change your choice later, open your and the banner will appear again.
Your browser: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we can't remember your choice, so the banner will keep appearing.
The calendar: If you'd rather Calendly didn't set cookies, you can skip the calendar and email project@upsunday.co to arrange a call instead.
