The last ten percent is where we live: motion that stays smooth on a midrange phone, pages that pass Core Web Vitals, and code the next developer is glad to open.
What you'll do
- Build marketing sites and product pages in Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript from finished Figma designs
- Bring motion to life with GSAP, SplitText, Lenis and the View Transitions API, without costing a frame
- Ship alpha video loops (VP9 and premultiplied HEVC), responsive images and a clean LCP
- Deploy on Vercel and check it in Lighthouse before anyone calls it done
What you're great at
- Matching a design to the pixel, and noticing when something is 2px off
- Motion that feels considered, never busy
- Working with agentic coding tools, and reviewing their code as if you wrote it
Tools
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GSAP, Lenis, Vercel. Strong plus: you already run real production work through Claude Code (or similar) with agents and MCP servers, not just autocomplete.
Nice to have
WebGL or Three.js. A headless CMS. Award site credits and real accessibility depth.
