Five steps from the first call to launch, and what happens in each.
How we work
One clear path from idea to launch
- 01
Discover
Typical: 1 to 2 weeks
It starts with a call about your goals, your audience and what success looks like. Then we audit your brand, website, analytics and competitors, and agree a written scope before anything is designed.

- Goals and audience
- Brand and site audit
- Written scope
- 02
Direction
Typical: 1 to 2 weeks
We turn what we learned into strategy and positioning, then show a small set of concepts. Together we choose one direction and commit to it, so every later decision has something to be checked against.
- Strategy and positioning
- Concepts
- The chosen direction
- 03
Design
Typical: 2 to 4 weeks
The direction becomes a full system: type, color, components and every key screen, plus the motion principles for how things move. You review the work in clear rounds, with one set of notes per round.
- Design system
- Key screens
- Motion principles
- Feedback rounds
- 04
Build
Typical: 3 to 6 weeks
We build in Next.js with a CMS your team can use, add the 3D and motion, and tune every page for speed. Structure, metadata and schema are ready for search engines and AI search from day one.

- SEO and AI search readiness
- 05
Launch and grow
Typical: 1 week, then ongoing
We test on real devices, launch with redirects and analytics in place, and watch the first weeks closely. Then we keep improving the site from real behavior, not guesses.
- QA
- Launch
- Analytics
- Iteration
Durations are typical ranges for a full brand and website project. Smaller scopes move faster, and we agree the real timeline in writing before we start.

After the first call you get a clear scope and proposal, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Clear rounds
Feedback
We share work in agreed rounds and collect one set of notes each time, so decisions stay quick.
Built to be found
Search
Fast pages, clean structure and structured data, so people and AI assistants can find and cite you.
FAQ
Questions about how we work
How long does a typical project take?
A full brand and website project typically takes 8 to 15 weeks from the first call to launch. A website on its own often takes 6 to 12 weeks, and a brand identity on its own 4 to 8. We agree the real timeline in writing once the scope is clear.
Can we start with just one step?
Yes. Some clients start with Discover and Direction, then decide on design and build. Others already have a brand they love and start at Design. We shape the steps around what you need.
How involved does our team need to be?
Most in Discover and Direction, where your knowledge matters most. After that, expect a review at the end of each round and one point of contact on your side who can make decisions.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your goals, access to any existing brand files, website, analytics and content, and the person who makes the final call on the kickoff.
What happens after launch?
We watch analytics and search closely for the first weeks and fix anything that comes up. Then we keep improving from real data, with ongoing support scoped like any other work.
